Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing. Processing includes quality checking, sanitizing, packing, and sending your orders to the post office. After all these procedures, the tracking number will be provided to you. Processing time should be added to the total delivery time.
The standard delivery time is 7 to 15 days except for countries outside USA, Canada, UK and Australia where the estimated delivery time frame is between 20 to 35 days, but you may receive your items much sooner.
Shipping estimates do not include processing times, weekends or holidays.
In some instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above.
External factors might cause shipping delays such as international customs processing, holidays, weather, incorrect addresses and/ or transportation problems which we cannot control.
COVID-19: our couriers are operating at their regular speeds. We are seeing delays during customs processing at certain ports of entry. We ask for your patience at this time as we are all working very hard to ensure that your order makes it to you safely.

When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number. If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, pleasecontact us.
If the tracking information for your package states that it is delivered and you have not received it - please contact the courier stated in your shipment confirmation. Wundercart does not issue refunds for packages that are marked as delivered. Wundercart is not responsible for packages that have been lost or stolen in transit.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the address and other shipping information is entered correctly. We are unable to change any information once your order has been placed. Wundercart will not be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.
Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, fees, and/or VAT (Value Added Taxes) levied by the destination country.
Payment of these charges and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs department in your country.
Please contact the local customs office in the relevant jurisdiction for additional information on customs policies or duties. International orders will not be refunded for failure to pay import duties, taxes or fees.
